Erin Senack is President of Productive Visions, a consulting
company that helps organizations and individuals enhance their productivity, wellness and realize their goals. Senack
has been teaching, training, advising, and mentoring for over ten years working with business, education and non-profit organizations.
Her unique combination of experiences in higher education, public relations, publishing, and wellness have enabled her
to work with a variety of clients in different stages of their professional and personal growth.
Throughout her career, Erin has been an innovator and catalyst
for change. Her passionate teaching, speaking and training style reaches even the most challenging clients. As a facilitator
and guide, Erin builds confidence and rapport with her clients. She believes in transforming vision into reality, and her
customized consultative process assures targeted results.
One of her strengths is her skill at facilitating communication between diverse communities
spanning age, race/ethnicity, gender, and employment level. Her areas of specialty include diversity and gender issues, including
empowering women and girls to realize their individual and collective sense of power and purpose.
Senack has created, implemented and managed
such programs as: the 2009 St. Petersburg Grand Prix fundraising event for the Pinellas County Democratic Election Committee,
the Story Timers Mentor Program for the Baltimore County Public Library System, the Women Involved in Learning and Leadership
Program in partnership with M & T Bank and the Faculty Mentor Program for the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
She has been invited to present her insights to a variety of audiences including the National Association of Women in Education
National Conference for College Women Student Leaders, and the American College Personnel Association. She was invited to
kick off the 2009 Tampa Bay Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk for approximately 2,000 people with guided stretches for survivors and
supporters, and in 2007, she kicked off the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life in Maryland with guided yoga stretches.
Her honors and awards
include the Omicron Delta Kappa Society, Inc. National Leadership Honor Society, the President's Commission for Women Achievement
Award from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and the Pan-Hellenic Association & Interfraternity Council Outstanding
Teacher Award from the University of Maryland, College Park.
She has completed The Success Unlimited Network® Success Coaching Program, the Yoga Teacher Training 200 Program at the Yoga Center of
Columbia and is a registered yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance.
